When heated, outdoor flush toilets recently became a requirement on construction sites in Ontario, Mike Clark and associate Paul Wilson took on the challenge of building 10 prototypes to satisfy the new regulations. With the bugs worked out, the Ministry of Labour approved the prototypes and Mike and his team built 10 new units for the 2015-16 winter. Each 4×4 foot unit is heated and insulated to maintain a 60 degree F internal temperature and weighs 600 pounds. This successful project was recently featured in an article published by Pumper magazine.
